Shipping policy

Current processing time is always posted at the top of our website. This does not, however include the time of shipment via carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other commercial carriers.  

We cannot guarantee the shipping time it takes from the time we drop off or they pick up from our mail box. We can only guarantee the processing time to get it the shipping carrier. 

We are not responsible for the actions of the delivery service. S&M Creations is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN, DAMAGED, OR MISPLACED PACKAGES.
